How to Type Arabic on WhatsApp Without an Arabic Keyboard

Your phone or PC has no Arabic keyboard and you need to reply in Arabic on WhatsApp? Two solutions: add the Arabic layout to your system, or — much faster — use an online keyboard.
Method 1: The 30-Second Way (No Settings)
- Open the QuickArabi online Arabic keyboard in your browser.
- Type your message by clicking the letters — or use Franco mode: write "salam" and it converts to سلام.
- Hit "Copy", then paste into WhatsApp. Done.
Method 2: Add the Arabic Keyboard to Your Device
For daily use, add the Arabic language properly: follow our step-by-step guides for Android and iPhone or for Windows 10 and 11 (WhatsApp Web).
